Of all of Dax's siblings, the one who's been most excited about his arrival has by far been Ruby. Braden is happy and proud to have a new brother, Karly likes telling people about her new brother, and Lilya was pretty fascinated with Dax when she visited at the hospital. But Ruby is really, really into hanging out with Dax.
Ruby's visited Dax every day in the hospital (by her request) and today she was super-excited to try to hold him.
It started out with his pacifier in...
... which Ruby promptly removed.
She loved checking out his fingers...
... and his face...
... and his toes.
But when he started to cry, she was happy to give him back to Mom.

Aw, "Dax & Ruby"! How cute is that! I love the look of delight on her face as she's looking at him :) It's going to be so much fun watching him grow up in your family.
